Before you write, two things that are usually the answer

There is no account, so there is nothing to recover

OneList has no login and no server. Your data lives on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud account. That means there is no password to reset and no account for anyone to restore — but it also means nobody can lose your data on your behalf.

If OneList looks empty on a new device, check that you are signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud Drive is on. Sync is Apple's, and it can take a moment.

A shared household belongs to whoever created it

If you were invited to a household, it lives in the other person's iCloud account. If they delete the app or their iCloud data, the household goes with it. Leaving a household from Settings removes your own access; it does not delete the household, because it is not yours to delete.

You can take a copy of everything at any time with Settings → Export household, which writes a readable JSON file and hands it to the share sheet. That works whether or not you have a subscription.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled entirely by Apple. To view, change or cancel one, use Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device.

Refunds are Apple's to issue, not the developer's — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase is not showing up, try Restore Purchases on the OneList paywall first, and make sure you are signed in to the Apple Account you bought it with.

Reporting a bug

Email the address above. There is no crash reporting service in OneList and no telemetry, so nothing reaches the developer automatically — a report from you is genuinely the only way a problem gets noticed.
